Label Up is moving into the Wiener Werkstättenhof: More space for more growth

Label Up is growing: The team, the ideas, and now the office are bigger. Our move demonstrates how the work environment and performance are interconnected and why we are now even better positioned to continue scaling.

When start-ups grow, not everything remains as it was; that's exactly what we're experiencing at Label Up. New customers, new colleagues, new ideas, and it's clear: our small, old office is simply no longer sufficient.

That's why we recently turned a new page and moved into a larger, brighter, and above all, more future-proof office. What does this have to do with team spirit, productivity, and better performance? A whole lot.

A new office is more than just a change of location

For many, moving to a larger office initially sounds like additional organizational effort (and it honestly was). But for us at Label Up, it's primarily a sign of how much our company has developed and been able to grow over the past months.

The last few months have been characterized by consistent growth. In order to achieve our long-term goals and maintain our close collaboration with our clients, our team also grew. New labelers/team members bring fresh energy, new perspectives, and above all else: more space.

While the old office had charm and was perfect for the beginnings of Label Up, eventually it simply became too cramped for big ideas. For more labelers, more screens, and more creative meetings, we needed more room. Exactly that is what we found with our office, the Label Up Base.

Welcome to the new Label Up Base: This is what a new home should feel like

What initially looked like a huge, empty space has now become a place of comfort where the team can work focused and productively.

"We spend the majority of our lives at home or in the office, which is why it was particularly important for us that the new office is not just a means to an end, but a true space for ideas and full of productivity. It should be a place where one feels comfortable, can develop, and enjoys coming together," says co-founder Gabriel.

The new office is more than just bigger. It's a place that matches our way of working: open, bright, structured – but with enough flexibility for creative outbursts. The new office not only provides space for deep work and phases of focus but also for exchange, team building, and basketball matches during breaks. We were able to perfectly tailor the space to our desires and needs, so that the work-life balance is already fulfilled in the workplace.

Start-up hands-on mentality: We also pitched in ourselves

As is fitting for a start-up, we also got our hands dirty with the move and the setup of the furniture. The team at Label Up was full of enthusiasm here as well, and assembling the tables quickly became both a challenge and a team-building activity.

At Label Up, even the furniture assembly became a team-building activity - Who can assemble the desk faster?

Thanks to the combined efforts of the labelers, the office took shape after just a few days, and the daily business could continue. But we now know: We are not only experts in Google CSS matters, but we can also work perfectly as a team outside of our comfort zone (Even though there are one or two screws left over, our tables are sturdy).

The atmosphere during the setup was great – and the result is worth seeing. Even though the final touches are still missing, we can already feel: The new office was the right step.

A better space leads to better work

A larger office alone does not automatically lead to better performance. But it creates the conditions for it. Because better results do not happen by chance – they are the product of clear focus, a well-rehearsed team, and a work environment that fosters both productivity and creativity. Since the team was allowed to design the new spaces themselves and we are now also equipped with ergonomic standing desks, you just feel more comfortable automatically. This not only brings comfort but also a significant increase in performance.

We are now better positioned than ever to work with even more energy on new features, develop data-driven strategies, and help our clients to get the most out of Google Shopping & PMAX.

Our processes are clearer, our coordination more efficient, and our team culture grows stronger every day. In short: We are creating the foundation for our clients to scale – and you can feel that.

Growth at Label Up: What is the next step?

The move is a visible sign for us: We are growing, not only as a team but also in our vision. New functions for our platform, exciting partnerships, deeper integration into existing systems – a lot is happening at Label Up. And the new office gives us exactly the space we need to take these next steps.

We are looking forward to many productive days in the new office and are motivated about the future. Anyone who knows Label Up knows: We stand for transparency, performance, and measurable results. And now also for a damn beautiful office with which we are perfectly equipped for growth.
