ZXM switches CSS and wins

ZXM switches CSS and wins

Away from third-party CSS, towards our own CSS. How ZXM achieved greater independence, branding opportunities, and competitive advantages in the Google Shopping segment.

As an established marketing agency, ZXM relied on a third-party provider for Google CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) for a long time. Although the collaboration worked, it quickly became clear that many potentials remained untapped due to the use of an external partner: missing branding opportunities, limited control, and no direct competitive advantage in the highly competitive market.

The agency recognized that switching to its own CSS solution was a crucial step to fully leverage the potential of Google Shopping, remain competitive in the long term, and establish a new business model that enables revenue growth.

Within a few months, the agency achieved impressive successes with its own CSS:

The Path to Google Shopping with Label Up

With this goal in mind, ZXM approached Label Up to implement a tailored CSS solution. Thanks to the White-Label CSS technology from Label Up, ZXM was able to start directly in the Google Shopping segment – this time under its own name in the shopping ads.

The Label Up team took over all the steps – from the technical setup to smooth integration. Within just 1.5 hours, the entire transition was completed. ZXM could fully focus on the day-to-day business without needing to invest resources in the switch. The seamless implementation allowed them to immediately benefit from the advantages of their own CSS without interruptions.

“With Label Up's CSS tool, we have finally managed to become independent of third-party providers,” says Christopher Krassnig, CEO of ZXM. “This has not only increased our visibility but also provided us with real competitive advantages that we can pass directly on to our customers.”

Furthermore, ZXM now actively uses its own CSS as a business model by marketing the technology as part of its service portfolio. This has enabled the agency to sustainably increase its revenue and further expand its market position.

Free Branding and a New Level of Visibility

Another crucial added value of the partnership with Label Up was the opportunity to appear in shopping ads under their own name. "Thanks to the millions of impressions from our branded CSS, we have received numerous inquiries from companies actively looking for an agency," explains Christopher Krassnig.

With minimal effort, ZXM was able to expand its brand presence and position itself as a leading agency in the field of Google Shopping. The free branding that comes with Label Up's CSS solution not only provided the agency with a visibility boost but also generated new customer inquiries – all without additional marketing efforts.

A Real Gamechanger

"Thanks to the partnership with Label Up, we were able to stand out significantly in a highly competitive market," says Christopher Krassnig. "Our own CSS has allowed us to provide our clients with added value that they cannot find with other agencies – while also fostering our own sustainable growth."

By switching from a third-party provider to its own CSS solution, ZXM has not only strengthened its independence but also expanded its service portfolio. Label Up's CSS tool gives the agency technical and strategic advantages that further solidify its position as a leading provider in the Google Shopping sector.

Conclusion

By deciding to rely on its own CSS, ZXM has set a strategic course for the future. Within a few months, the agency achieved impressive results, such as the 1.1% free clicks generated by Label Up's tool.

In combination with the free branding, increased visibility in shopping ads, and marketing its own CSS as a business model, ZXM was able to strengthen existing customer relationships and acquire new clients – all without additional effort. Label Up's CSS setup is a real gamechanger that has helped ZXM to clearly stand out from the competition, increase revenues, and grow successfully in the long term.
