🎯 About the Role

You are the closer. As a (Senior) Account Executive, you are the driving force behind our international revenue growth. You take over top-qualified leads from our SDRs and inbound channels, but you are also a true hunter who knows how to build your own pipeline across Europe.

Your goal is crystal clear: You excite agencies and shops in in-depth pitches about our software and confidently guide them to signing the contract. Once the deal is successfully closed, you ensure a smooth handover to our Customer Success team. We are looking for someone with real sales fire who takes ownership and not only meets but exceeds our ambitious growth targets across the European market.

  • Revenue & Growth (ARR): You turn international prospects into paying clients and take full ownership of hitting (and exceeding) your sales quotas.

  • High Win Rates: Through excellent product knowledge and tailored pitches, you maximize the conversion rate from demo to signature.

🛠️ You Will Be Responsible For

  • Rocking Pitches & Demos: You present our tool in online meetings, showing European decision-makers exactly the massive ROI they can achieve with Label Up.

  • Pipeline Ownership: You actively source your own leads, qualify inbound requests, and seamlessly take over the prep work from your SDR colleagues.

  • Negotiation & Closing: You confidently lead contract negotiations, counter objections with strong arguments, and bring deals across the finish line.

  • Smooth Handover: After closing, you ensure a clean handover to our Customer Success team so the client receives perfect support from day one.

💡 What We're Looking For

You don't need a specific degree, but you absolutely need a proven track record in B2B sales. We are looking for a strong personality who knows how to close deals.

What you bring to the table:

  • Language Skills: Your English is absolutely flawless (C1+ level), as you will be pitching to clients across Europe (All EMEA countries except the german speaking countries). Speaking another European language is a bonus!

  • Sales Experience: You have a proven track record in B2B (SaaS) sales, are a strong closer, and can demonstrate past success.

  • Hunter Mindset: You don't wait for things to happen—you make them happen. You have the drive to create your own business opportunities.

  • C-Level Persuasiveness: You communicate at eye level with CEOs and Marketing Directors and can pitch complex (tech) topics clearly and concisely.

  • Resilience & Structure: You keep a clear overview of your pipeline even with many parallel deals and don't get easily flustered.

According to the collective agreement (Kollektivvertrag - Usage Group 4), the minimum salary for this position is €2,766.70 gross per month. There is an explicit willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer an attractive, success-based variable compensation model.
