Founded in 2024 by three founders, we are a 100% bootstrapped startup. From our cool 100 sqm office in Viennaβs 6th district, our dynamic team of about 10 people is building the ultimate tool for Google Ads automation. Over 100 clients, including industry giants like Otto and Refurbed, already trust our solution to gain a massive competitive advantage.
π― About the Role
We are looking for a strong communicator to make the first and most crucial contact with our future clients across Europe. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the spearhead of our international growth. You won't be doing cold outreach in the dark: We provide you with highly qualified leads and all the data you need to spark genuine interest with skill and charm.
Your goal? Get your foot in the door and pave the way for our Account Executives (AEs). We aren't looking for someone who just reads scripts, but someone who helps shape processes, gathers feedback, and wants to grow with us. High-Quality Pipeline: You turn qualified European leads into booked meetings for our AEs, ensuring a steady deal flow.
Market Insights: You are the ear to the European market, gathering valuable feedback in your conversations and bringing it straight to the product team.
Process Excellence: You help continuously build and refine our outreach processes to make them smarter and more efficient.
π οΈ You Will Be Responsible For
Sparking the initial interest: You purposefully contact agencies and shops across Europe via phone (your main channel), email, and LinkedIn to get them excited about our solution.
Mastering handovers: You pre-qualify interest and seamlessly hand over hot contacts to our AEs or Partnership Managers, who will then handle the in-depth software pitch.
Networking on & offline: You actively represent Label Up, build relationships, and attend international trade shows to expand our European network.
Active contribution: You continuously look for optimization potential in your daily work and have the freedom to bring your own ideas to the table.

We hire for personality and potential, not just for the perfect CV. A university degree is a plus, but absolutely not a must. The same goes for years of sales experience.

Language Skills: Your English is absolutely flawless (C1-C2 level), as you will be communicating with clients across Europe. Speaking another European language is a massive bonus!

According to the collective agreement (Kollektivvertrag), the minimum salary for this position is β¬2,321.20 gross per month (Usage Group 3). There is an explicit willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer an attractive variable compensation model.
